Grow & Glow Academy (GGA) is led by Rushanette Martis and Shareley Fraaij, two powerhouse trainers, visibility strategists and creative entrepreneurs with Afro-Caribbean roots. Together, they coach and train women to rise with confidence, claim their space, and make their mark with bold authenticity.

Rushanette Martis

Rushanette is a visibility expert, social strategist and creative director known for her flawless content and fierce presence. With a degree in HR, dance and media, she teaches women how to own their voice, build a magnetic brand and present themselves with impact. She is the co-founder of GGA and has trained clients in both nonprofit and business sectors across the Netherlands.

Her motto: Help women turn potential into presence, and presence into power.

Shareley Fraaij

Shareley is an events and management coordination expert with a degree in Project Management, Academy Coordination, Event Management and Decor Design. With years of experience in the world of pageants and modeling, she blends strategic thinking with performance & poise. She helps women step into their leadership with clarity, elegance and conviction.

Her motto: To design with intention, not just to make things beautiful, but to make women feel seen, celebrated, and unstoppable.
