Welcome to Glow & Grow Academy. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, digital products, and content provided through our website www.glowandgrowacademy.nl (“Website”) and associated platforms.

By accessing our Website, purchasing a service, or participating in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in accordance with Dutch law.

2. Services

We offer the following types of services:

• In-person and online workshops

• Digital products (e-books, templates, etc.)

• Online programs and mini-courses

• Coaching sessions

• Business and brand consulting

A detailed description of each service is available on our Website. All services are provided “as is” unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

3. Booking & Payment

All services must be paid in advance via the designated checkout or invoice. We accept iDEAL, Credit Card, PayPal and/or bank transfer. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless stated otherwise.

For coaching or training programs:

– Your spot is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
– Missed sessions without 24h cancellation notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Digital Products & Courses

All digital purchases (downloads, quizzes, toolkits, etc.) are final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital delivery.
Access is personal and non-transferable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, visuals, frameworks (e.g., 3P Formula™, 3P Scan™, Glow Mapping™), and materials shared during programs or visible on our platforms are the intellectual property of Glow & Grow Academy.
You may not reproduce, distribute or sell any of our materials without written consent.

6. Cancellations & Refund Policy

You may cancel live workshops up to 7 days in advance for a full refund.
For cancellations within 7 days of the event, no refund will be issued.
In case of illness or force majeure, rescheduling may be possible – contact us directly.

Custom coaching or strategy services are non-refundable once started.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with the AVG/GDPR.
Your personal information is only used for delivering the services you requested.

8. Limitation of Liability

Glow & Grow Academy is not liable for indirect damage, loss of income, or missed business opportunities.
Our advice, training, and tools are intended to support your growth, but results may vary based on your personal input and circumstances.

9. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
In case of dispute, we will first try to resolve it amicably. If no solution is reached, disputes may be submitted to the competent court in The Hague, The Netherlands.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Updates will be posted on the Website with the effective date.
